4. What is your delivery time?
A: It depends on whether we have stock or not. If we have stock, we can deliver within 3 days after receiving payment. Normally, our production time is 20 days for one container (20-26 tons) of products.

A: Mostly we use 30% advance payment by T/T, 70% before shipment.
6. How is your quality? And what if we don't satisfy with your quality?
A: We produce your order strictly according to your request. If the quality is not acceptable, we will refund you.
7. What about the warranty?
A: We are very confident in our products and pack them well to ensure the goods are well protected.
