Overview:
This machine is designed to process various types of waste lubricating oils and produce high-quality base oil along with a small amount of gasoline and diesel through vacuum distillation. After pretreatment, the waste oil is pumped into the distillation kettle and heated to the working temperature. The base oil, gasoline, and diesel are then obtained. Once the reaction is complete, heating is stopped, and the residue is removed from the bottom of the tank, allowing the machine to be used again. This production method is economical, and the base oil produced is of excellent quality. It represents the most advanced technology in the field of waste oil recycling and is suitable for large-scale industrial applications.
Process Description
Equipment Systems
1 Pretreatment system:
Waste oil is pumped into the distillation kettle after being pretreated.
2 Distillation system: Heat is applied using coal, gas, or fuel oil to bring the oil in the kettle to the working temperature. This system includes a stirring mechanism and an insulation system.
3 Cooling system: Gaseous hydrocarbons are cooled into liquid base oil, gasoline, and diesel.
4 Oil storage system: Base oil, gasoline, and diesel obtained from the cooling system are stored here before being pumped into the storage tank.
5 Vacuum system: Ensures the process meets technical requirements.
6 Filtration system: Rapidly filters out mechanical impurities from the base oil, gasoline, and diesel, resulting in high-quality products.
