Copper Wire Separator  Introduction: 
The JLF series copper wire separator is designed for recycling waste household communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and other industrial cables. This machine includes a crushing and separating system, along with an efficient dust collection system to produce clean copper pellets and plastic pellets.

Copper Wire Separator Features:
The JLF-400 (capacity: 200-250kg/h) is ideal for medium-sized factories. It completes the entire recycling process in a closed structure to prevent pollution and noise. Crushed copper wires are processed through a high-pressure fan, and dust is cleaned before the vibrating separator separates the copper and plastic pellets into different exits.

Copper Wire Separator Detail Instruction: 
1. Shredding System: The shredding process is the first step of the recycling process. The crusher contains 14 moving blades that cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm (depending on the material size).
2. Separating System: The high-pressure fan sends crushed copper and plastic pellets into the vibrating separator. A screen inside the system separates the copper and plastic pellets into different outlets.
3. Copper Pellet Outlet: The separated copper pellets exit from this point.
4. Plastic Pellet Outlet: The separated plastic pellets exit from this point.
5. Dust Collector: The machine has an efficient dust collection system.
6. Electric Control Box: We provide an automatic control system, but customizations are also available.

Copper Wire Separator Spare Parts&Related Machine: 
The main spare parts of the copper wire recycling machine are the screen and moving blades. Normally, we supply one set of spare parts including 1 screen and 12 blades for the JLF-400 model. We also recommend appropriate related machines based on the raw material to achieve optimal recycling results.
Pre-treatment Machines:
1. Cable Stripper: If dealing with large multi-strand copper wires, it is better to separate the cores before feeding them into the granulator.
2. Double Shaft Crusher: For long raw materials, it is helpful to cut them into smaller pieces before granulating.
3. Blade Sharpening Machine: After prolonged use, the blades need sharpening for optimal performance.
4. Magnetic Conveyor: If there is a small amount of iron mixed in the copper wire, a magnetic conveyor can be added to remove the iron and improve purity.
5. Belt Conveyor: This is provided for customers who require fully automatic feeding of copper wires.

The main wear parts of the machine are the blades and screen, which have a service life of more than 2 years. We also offer blade sharpening machines for maintenance.
 
2. What is the maximum continuous operating time for the recycling machine?
Normally, it can run for 10 hours per day.
 
3. Is the machine easy to operate? How many workers are needed to operate it?
We design a precise but simple control system for the machine. For a single recycling machine, only one worker is required. For a complete recycling line, two workers are needed.
