How Does the Model Work?

The vibratory round separator is suspended on strong springs, allowing it to vibrate freely while minimizing power consumption and preventing vibration transmission to the floor. The flow patterns of material can be fine-tuned for optimal screening efficiency by adjusting the position of the bottom eccentric weight relative to the top eccentric weight.

4. Before starting and after turning off, ensure there is no material on the screen surface.
5. If there is an abnormal sound during operation, stop the machine immediately and check.
6. Regularly maintain the vibration motor.
