Counter- seizing grate
    Counter- seizing grate is primarily used in water intake ports, the front areas of pump stations, and other locations where sand and mud sedimentation is significant to block and remove debris from water. It is commonly used as an intermediate or coarse grid.

Two. Features
  1. Toothed rakes travel downward from the back of bars, then upward from the front of bars. This ensures that debris is not carried underwater and can be thoroughly removed.
  2. Bars will never be blocked even with a lot of sediment (mud, sand, and broken stones) at the bottom, preventing accidents.
  3. The operating procedure is reliable with a low rate of faults.
  4. The machine is easy to install after overall commissioning by the factory.
  5. The shallow channel grid can bypass the support point on the water surface and rotate out of the water, making maintenance convenient.
Three. Working Principle and Technical Parameters Shape and Size
    The toothed rakes are fixed on the chain. As the chain moves along the guide way, the rakes move downward from the back of the bars, then from the bottom to the front of the bars to dredge up the debris that is trapped beneath the bars and transport it to the refuse unloading port, finally pushing it into the refuse car.
    The system mainly consists of a frame body, drawing chain, drive system, toothed rake group, main grid, associated grid, and guide wheel group under water, among others.
