Introduction:
The GJT-B series metal detector is a cutting-edge product designed for the detection of metallic materials in conveyor belt systems. This advanced device utilizes digital phase shifting and other modern detection technologies to ensure high sensitivity and strong resistance to interference. Working Principle:
When a metal object enters the electromagnetic field of the sensor, it generates changing signals that the metal detector can detect. These signals are processed electronically, and the system drives an actuator (such as an electromagnet or motor switch) to remove harmful metals from the conveyor belt.
Timing Function: After activation, the electric relay will delay its release, with a time range between 1 to 10 seconds.
Output Control: One pair of the relay contacts is open, while the other pair is closed.
