Bearing heater working purpose:
Bearing heaters are used in the assembly and disassembly of four-row, double-row short cylindrical roller bearing inner sleeves and labyrinth rings.
Bearing heater working principle:
The working principle of the bearing heater is to use the metal to generate eddy currents in the alternating magnetic field and heat itself, usually used in the heat treatment of metals. The principle is that when a thick metal is in an alternating magnetic field, current will be generated due to electromagnetic induction. When the thicker metal generates current, the current will form a spiral flow path inside the metal, so that the heat generated by the current flow is absorbed by the metal itself, which will cause the metal to heat up quickly.
Bearing heater - heating method:
There are many bearings that are damaged during installation and improper heating is one of the important reasons. If using the welding tool to heat, it will cause the bearing deformation; the use of fire heating, the bearing on both sides of the heat uneven; using oil bath heating, the oil will cause dirty bearings and pollution, noise increases; using oven heating, too time-consuming . As for the tapping installation, the bearings are more vulnerable to damage.
