Digital torque wrench use steps:
1. Unscrew the battery cover on the back of the hand, and insert the positive electrode forward into the 2 AAA batteries, then tighten the battery cover;
2. Short press “O/C†button to turn on the power. The characters on the LCD display are fully displayed. The wrench starts self-checking, and is set to zero after 3 seconds.
3. Select the unit and press "" to select the desired unit of measure;
4, measurement mode selection: Press "M" key, select "Track F" or "Peak H" mode;
5. Torque value alarm presetting: Press “M†to “Preset P†mode, and then press “P†key to determine the digits of the required preset torque value, press “†and “†to confirm the required preset alarm Value, press “M†key to exit the preset mode after presetting, return to “Track F†state, or press “M†again to enter “Peak H†state.
6. Clear: Before measuring, leave the wrench at the natural level with no load. Press the “O/C†key to clear the existing display value and make the current status “zeroâ€.

aã€Tracking measurement Press “M†key to place the wrench in “Track F†state. In this state, the instantaneous torque value is measured, the torque value is increased when the force is applied, the torque value is reduced when the force is reduced, and the torque is not applied when the force is applied. The value returns to “Zeroâ€. Press “S†in this state to select “Backlight†to turn it off.
b. Peak measurement Press "M" key to place the wrench in the "peak H" state. This state records the peak torque. When the force increases, the torque value increases. When the force decreases, the torque value keeps the current state, and the continuous force is greater than the current torque. The value will continue to increase, that is, this state is the maximum torque value applied to the record. After the unloading force, the value remains unchanged. Press the “S†key in this state and the current value is stored in the memory for query after the measurement is complete. Record the torque value.
C. Preset measurement In the "Track F" or "Peak H" state, when the force is preset to the torque value, the alarm light will be on, and there will be a "peak sound" alarm. At this time, the force can be stopped and the force can be released. Press "O/C" key to exit the alarm state.
