It has achieved the highest accuracy of 10,000 m/s2 vibration acceleration measurement for the first time in the world. The establishment of the device satisfies the need for accurate traceability of high acceleration vibration values ​​in the field of high-end power equipment key component performance testing, advanced sensor manufacturing and other fields, indicating that China's high-acceleration vibration parameter measurement is no longer subject to foreign regulations.

Resonance-induced fatigue damage is one of the main mechanisms that cause the failure of key components of high-end power equipment such as aero-engines, gas turbines, etc. Such resonances usually have large vibration accelerations. At 4900 m/s2, the working acceleration amplitude of aeroengine high-pressure compressor blades is as high as 10,000 m/s2 or more. However, such high-acceleration vibration values ​​cannot be traced back to the domestic level, leading to long-term restraint of foreign aircraft component fatigue tests and metrological certification, which seriously restricts the development and trade of high-tech and high-international competitive core products in China. It is imminent to solve the problem of transmission of high acceleration vibration values ​​in the field of vibration fatigue testing.

To this end, the China Metrology Institute under the support of the AQSIQ S&T project has conducted in-depth studies around the occurrence, control, and high-precision measurement techniques of high acceleration vibration values. After years of efforts, the project team led by Cai Chenguang, a researcher of the Vibration and Gravity Research Institute of the Chinese Metrology Institute, based on the principle of resonant amplification, innovatively proposed the design of a "direct-pushing resonant beam fixed end" and solved the resonant beam. With the effect of additional damping, a resonant high-acceleration generator with a maximum acceleration of 10000 m/s2 was successfully developed. The method of iterative identification of resonant frequencies was used to solve the problem of real-time tracking of the resonance frequency of the resonant beam, and a resonant high-acceleration vibration control was established. The system achieves precise control of high acceleration vibrations; the combination of band-pass sampling and Nyquist sampling solves the absolute measurement problem of high acceleration vibration values ​​and achieves heterodyne lasers in the frequency range of 17.9 Hz to 2968 Hz. For the direct acquisition and demodulation of interference signals, an absolute high acceleration vibration measurement and calibration system was established.

The resonance-type high-acceleration vibration generator, control system, and laser absolute measurement system developed by the project team have achieved all the support for high-acceleration vibration standard devices. The frequency range, maximum acceleration, and measurement uncertainty are superior to those of foreign counterparts. The device, the overall technical level of the international leader. The device has been applied to the calibration and testing of new aero-engine blade testing equipment and sensors, providing accurate traceability of vibration values ​​for acceleration of up to 10000 m/s2 in aero-engine blade testing in China.
