After more than ten years of independent research and development, Professor Xu Ying's independent research and development combines ultrasonic technology with heterogeneous venturi technology, and uses their specialities and advantages in moisture measurement to complement each other and realize differential pressure and velocity flow. In terms of structural design, the heterogeneous venturi adopts the patented design structure of multi-perforation pressure and built-in annular pressure guide, and successfully developed a moisture two-phase flowmeter, which can measure the real-time gas and liquid flow without gas and liquid separation.
At the same time, the moisture two-phase flowmeter breaks through the design idea that the key sensing components such as pressure, temperature and differential pressure are imported as the basic unit module of the flowmeter, which greatly saves the cost.
