Reorganized the first camp of Hebei Changjiang Steam Turf Co., Ltd.

After the recent restructuring of Zhenjiang Automobile Manufacturing Factory, Beijing Automotive Group recently revealed that it will reorganize Changhe Automobile. At this point, the "Beiqi Motor" strategy of the Beijing Automotive Co., Ltd. staking and layout factory surfaced. A few days ago, Beijing Business Daily reporter learned from insiders of Beiqi that Beiqi did contact with Changhe for reorganization. However, there are still some variables in the matter. There is no clear news to announce.

Previous media reports said that after Beiqi’s acquisition of Changhe, Changhe Automotive will be assigned to the newly established vehicle division of BAIC Group. The original Hefei base affiliated with Changhe Automotive will be assigned to Chang’an, while BAIC will be awarded to Changhe’s Jingdezhen and Jiujiang bases. .

It is understood that the time of Beiqi Suichanghe Automobile can be traced back to 2008, and Xu Heyi, Chairman of Beijing Automotive Industry Group, had high-profile plans for Changhe Automobile. In early 2008, Xu Heyi, after digging Cai Changping, general manager of Changhe Automobile, to Beiqi as deputy general manager, disclosed that he would participate in the reorganization of Changhe Automobile. However, this matter was ultimately not implemented.

In June of this year, Xu Heyi stated frankly to the outside world, "If all goes well, it is very likely that the merger and reorganization of the two automobile counterparts by the end of the year will be possible." The subsequent news also showed that a reorganization object that Beiqi secretly approached was Changhe Automobile.

In recent years, BAIC has established production bases in Chongqing, Guangzhou, Hunan, Hebei and other places through acquisition and reorganization. On August 7, this year, BAIC and Zhenjiang Municipal Government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to build the Beiqi Group's East China Base. After Changhe Automobile was incorporated into the Beijing Automobile Group, Beiqi also owned Jingdezhen and Jiujiang bases in the Yangtze River Basin and Central China. According to Beiqi’s plan, its production and sales volume is expected to reach 3 million by 2015. If Changhe Automotive's existing production capacity is added, BAIC will have a capacity of more than 3.3 million units.

It is noteworthy that BAIC has accelerated its large-scale operations by entering the Changhe Automobile, which has enabled it to quickly compete with the Chang'an Group for the fourth-largest car company in China.

Statistics show that in the first nine months of this year, BAIC Group sold 1,474,300 vehicles, while Chang'an Group sold 1,650,400 vehicles, and there was an absolute gap of 160,000 units.

However, Changhe Automobile currently owns three vehicle factories in Jingdezhen, Jiujiang and Hefei, and Jiujiang Engine Factory. It has an annual production capacity of 300,000 complete vehicles and 150,000 automotive engines. In 2012, it sold 120,000 vehicles.

In response, industry analysts generally believe that after BAIC obtained Jingdezhen and Jiujiang Base, production and sales volume increased one by one, and BAIC Group would also be expected to achieve a breakthrough over the Changan Group, rising to the first camp of China Automotive Group.
