Industrial Recycling Machines General Introduction1. Put wires and cables into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath and copper are completely separated. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle: the larger the mesh, the longer the crushed material will be and the higher the output. The mesh should be chosen based on the type of material during production.
2. The crushed material (a mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator by the conveyor. During this process, dust and some light-weight plastic pieces (including fiber, rope, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the pressure-reducing blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust discharge for environmental protection. Dust and some light-weight plastic pieces are collected in the bag and discharged when it's full.
3. The separator is used for separating plastic pieces and copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials, there is a deviation in specific gravity under the forces of aerodynamics and vibration friction. By adjusting the speed of material conveying and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with larger specific gravity) move to the bottom of the riddle and move from down to up, while plastic pieces (with smaller specific gravity) move above the copper granules and move from up to down. In the end, both are discharged through different openings.
4. All units are installed on the Underbed to form a whole structure. The machine is adjusted and ready for production before shipping, and the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.
