Cemented Carbide Rubber Ring Cutting Circular Slitting Knives
We supply a wide range of tungsten carbide discs, primarily used in industries such as paper, tobacco, rubber, plywood, hardwood, PCB, PVC, stainless steel, high manganese steel, electronic circuit boards, lamp tubes, and fiber cement boards. Available grades include YG6A, YG8A, YG8X, YG8, YG10X, YS2T, and more. Our products are designed to meet high precision standards, ensuring no defects, scratches, or indentation issues. To address the challenges of precision cutting, we employ advanced techniques such as static pressing and HIP sintering, which significantly enhance the physical properties of the product. Additionally, our polishing and plating processes ensure smooth cutting, reduced friction, and extended tool life, ultimately saving our customers time and costs.
We also offer tailored recommendations based on customer requirements and can produce according to custom drawings.
Our high-precision circular disc cutters and round-cut blades are available in three types: high wear resistance, sharp, and stainless. Key specifications include:
1. Tolerance: Diameter (±0.01 mm), Thickness (±0.005 mm), Inner Diameter (H7), Balance (±0.005 mm)
2. Hardness: HRC 64–66 or HRC 68–70
3. Features: High precision in diameter, thickness, and straightness; customization is welcome
YG8 and YS2T are commonly used for manufacturing carbide cutting discs, but we can provide other sizes upon request.
**Grade Properties:**
- **YG8**: Offers high strength and impact resistance, making it suitable for rough machining of cast iron, non-ferrous metals, their alloys, and non-metallic materials at low cutting speeds.
- **YS2T**: A fine-grain alloy with excellent wear resistance, bending strength, anti-bonding properties, and thermal stability. Ideal for machining refractory alloys, stainless steel, and high manganese steel.
**How to Identify a Quality Carbide Disc:**
1. **Sound Test**: Hang the blade and gently tap it with a wooden hammer. A clear, crisp sound indicates a good blade. A muddy or dull sound suggests cracks, and such blades should not be used to avoid accidents.
2. **Running Speed**: Ensure the cutting speed does not exceed 4800 RPM.
3. **Installation**: Align the blade center with the rotating shaft accurately. Clean all mounting surfaces before installation to prevent debris from affecting performance.
4. **Protective Devices**: Always install a protective cover (made of steel, rubber, or other materials) around the blade before operation to ensure safety.
With our commitment to quality and innovation, we deliver reliable and efficient solutions that meet the demands of modern industrial applications.
