2-1. Basic Introduction

1. Single Hook Debeader LSJ-1200

Structural Features

The blade of the cutter is made of alloy welding with a hard, wear-resistant surface.
For safety, this machine has a protective frame that effectively ensures safety during the process of pulling out wire loops.
Motor and reducer are integrated into a compact structure.
The machine occupies the entire floor, making installation convenient.

Use: Pulling out wire loops from the mouth of waste tires.

2. Tire Cutter QDJ-1200

The basic principle is: the motor drives the hydraulic system and cylinder, placing the tire on the locking arm, fastening two blades rotating between the tire and shear cylinders to move, forming a shear effect.

Features:

This equipment offers good shearing performance, high shearing speed, low energy consumption, small size, convenience, and safe operation due to the use of the hydraulic system.
Mechanical Description: Tires larger than 800 mm are cut into four pieces, typically 200-500 mm in size.

Notes for Using the Tire Cutter:

a. Inspect the knives frequently; if they become significantly blunt, maintain them promptly. The service life is approximately 2-3 years.
b. Regularly filter and change the oil in the hydraulic station. Typically, filter once every one and a half years.
c. Wearing parts: rubber seals are included with another set when shipping the machine to the buyer.

3&4. Whole Tire Shredder ZPS-900

Use:

This machine can directly crush tires smaller than 800 mm. At normal temperature, it can be crushed directly into 50x50 mm blocks, allowing the next stage to grind into 10-30 mesh or separate wires and fibers.

Features:

This machine has a compact structure, advanced technology, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and an easy-to-maintain design. The tools use carbide surfacing technology, which provides high hardness and wear resistance, enabling repeated repairs and extending the service life. The rotary screen features a steel mesh lattice structure, allowing large areas of qualified rubber to be screened. After processing large tires, the same effect can be achieved.
Mechanical Description: Tires with a diameter of 800 mm and rubber rings can be directly broken into 50x50 mm rubber blocks.

Notes for Using the Whole Tire Shredder:

a. Inject gear oil into the gearbox (hypoid gear oil), and use calcium-based grease for lubrication of the main bearings. Three months after the machine starts operating, replace the oil and clean the fuel tank. From then on, change the oil once a year.
b. After processing 3,000 tons of waste rubber (under normal conditions), the buyer should sharpen the blade cutting edge once. Blades are wear parts, with an average service life of 5-6 years. When delivering the machine, the shredder will be equipped with edge hardness layer patching material (electrodes).

5. Double Rolls Rubber Crusher XKP-560

Use: Mainly used to crack large rubber blocks into 40-50 mm small rubber blocks.

Technical Parameters:

Structure: The rollers are made of alloy cold-hard cast iron with wear-resistant properties. The mill flour has teeth and a deep groove.

To extend the service life of the cracker, we recommend building a foundation for the rubber cracker.
The configurations of our XKP-560 rubber cracker include nylon bush grease lubrication and a hard gear surface reducer, offering lower noise and longer service life.

Our crackers are designed humanely with a nice operating platform. All wires are well connected from the control system to the motor. When using the machine, customers just need to connect directly to the power.
