        This special vehicle is used for loading garbage, compressing garbage, and unloading garbage, all of which are hydraulically driven and completed by a dedicated agency. The power of the automobile engine is transmitted to the oil pump via the power take-off device, and the oil pump rotates to generate high-pressure oil. Operate the relevant control switch on the multi-way reversing valve, the hydraulic oil makes the relevant oil cylinder work, and the fuel tank work leads the relevant organization to complete the work of loading garbage, compressing garbage, or dumping garbage.

When the multi-way reversing valve handle is not operated, the handle automatically maintains the neutral position, and the hydraulic oil discharged by the oil pump is returned to the tank via the reversing valve.

The maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system is 16 MPa , which is defined by the relief valve on the multi-directional directional valve. When the system exceeds 16 Mpa , hydraulic oil flows back to the tank via an overflow valve.

The main structure

1 garbage truck body:

Garbage body is an all-metal sealed structure. For containing garbage, channel bonding and welding from steel sheet, the lower part of the cargo box has a bottom garbage wagon body frame, garbage wagon body and the chassis closely with horse bolts through the garbage wagon body undercarriage. There is a unloading mechanism and a fuel tank at the front of the garbage truck body, and a hopper at the rear to load garbage and compress the garbage into the compartment.

2 Unloading mechanism

The unloading mechanism is composed of unloading cylinder and unloading pushing plate. The unloading pushing plate is made by welding the steel plate and the bracket. It is positioned by the guide channel, and the cylinder is extended to push the unloading pushing plate to unload the garbage.

3 hopper

The hopper is formed by welding the steel plate and the channel steel to contain the garbage to be compressed. The car body is normally closed, and the hopper is lifted and opened by the fuel tank when the material is unloaded to discharge the material. Half of the material is equipped with a lifting mechanism, a compression mechanism, and a charging mechanism.

4 compression mechanism

Compression mechanism consists of a plate, a guide wheel, and a cylinder block that are welded together by the steel plate and the channel steel. Under the push of the cylinder, the garbage inside the hopper is compressed into the box body.

5 Collecting institutions

The receiving mechanism is composed of a bracket, a arm and a cylinder block that are welded together by the steel plate and the channel steel. Under the impetus of the cylinder, the garbage in the hopper is lifted up to be compressed so that the compression mechanism can compress the garbage into the compartment.

6 loading mechanism

The loading mechanism consists of a bracket, a linkage mechanism, a cam, a hook, and the like. Under the action of the fuel tank, garbage in the street trash can be automatically turned into the hopper.

7 Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system is mainly composed of fuel tank, power take-off, transmission shaft, gear oil pump, manual multi-way valve, electromagnetic valve, discharge cylinder, lift cylinder, receiving cylinder, compression cylinder, and compression cylinder.
