Once inflated, the section width measures 675mm with a tolerance of ±3.5%, and the outer diameter reaches 1750mm with a precision of ±1.5%. When operating at a speed of 10 km/h under a pressure of 700 kPa, the tire can support a load of up to 19,600 kg. These tires are specifically used for 900-ton flat-plate flat tires, which play a crucial role in bridge construction for high-speed railways and highway bridges. To meet the demanding conditions of such projects, the tires are engineered with exceptional load capacity, low ground pressure, and strong torque resistance. The construction features high-strength nylon-66 dipped cord fabric as the internal structure, ensuring durability and strength. To further enhance performance, the tread compound uses a super wear-resistant and cut-resistant rubber formula, providing excellent resistance to abrasion, cuts, and punctures.
