The foundry first trained employees on the basic knowledge of “5Sâ€, fundamentally improving the quality of all employees, then redesigned the layout of the workshop, changed the dressing room and doors and windows, and painted the walls of nearly 6,000 square meters. The original old equipment has also been categorized and arranged so that the style of work, the quality of personnel, and the appearance of the environment have all undergone a qualitative change. Based on the "5S" work instructions for each equipment in the trial workshop, the machining shop continued the "5S" work instructions for the second-class multi-cylinder unit and completed a total of 117 "5S" work instructions. Three batches of 96 employees were educated for "5S" employees, and a long-term mechanism for "5S" management was initially established. The single-cylinder machine (unit) plant strictly followed the company's unified arrangement and deployment and actively promoted "5S" site management. The principle of “coordinating and taking care of each other and step by step†has been implemented. All employees have participated in, focused on, and progressed step by step. The issues investigated and dealt with have been promptly rectified, combined with the environmental management system and quality monthly activities, to make the “5S†management work In the heart of each employee, the multi-cylinder machine factory used spare days to explain the training and related theories and examples on the backbone of the whole plant, weak positions at the site, etc., and cumulatively investigated 255 correction items, targeting The problems identified are formulated with corresponding measures, responsible persons, and time for completion of rectification. At present, most of the projects have been rectified and the results are good. The four manufacturing plants have made some achievements in the “5S†production site management work through hard work in the past three months, especially in terms of improving the production site operation environment and improving the overall quality of employees.
