Fujian Provincial Meizhou Bay Chlor-alkali Co., Ltd. has invested a total of 136 million yuan in its recent expansion project, which includes the construction of a 40,000 tons per year ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production line and a new 20,000 tons per year propylene oxide facility. The civil engineering work for these projects is already underway, with an expected completion date and full operational start within this year. Currently, the company produces 45,000 tons of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda annually, along with 40,000 tons of polyether, as well as liquid chlorine and hydrochloric acid. Once the expansion is completed, the annual output of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda will increase to 85,000 tons, while the addition of 20,000 tons of propylene oxide per year will significantly enhance the range of raw materials available to the plastics processing industry in Fujian. This expansion not only strengthens the company's market position but also supports the local industrial development by providing more diverse and reliable chemical inputs.

Air Preheaters (APH)

An air preheater (APH) is a device used to heat air, commonly used in industrial boilers, thermal power plants, and other thermal energy facilities. APH improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler by transferring heat from the flue gas to the air entering the boiler through heat exchange with it.

APH usually consists of a Heat Exchanger with a number of parallel pipes inside the exchanger through which smoke and air flow to allow heat exchange. In APH, the smoke flows on the outside of the heat exchanger and the air flows on the inside so that the heat between the smoke and the air can be transferred through the pipe walls.

The main business scope is various heaters, waste heat boilers, pressure vessels, supportingair preheaters, air coolers, furnace accessories and accessories, and provide equipment installation, with EPC ability of projects.
