Recently, Wärtsilä received an order from Maersk Oil Tanker Co., Ltd., and the three new 50,000 DWT tankers of Maersk Oil Tanker will select the Aquarius electrochlorination (EC) ballast water management system. Three new ships are currently under construction at Ningbo Samsung Heavy Industry.
