Slime dryer working principle

Import the next work area; Second, the cleaning area, wet slime in this area is copied by the copy board to form the state of the material curtain, the material is easy to form a sticking drum wall when the material falls, in this area due to equipment design with cleaning device, cleaning device The slime can be rapidly cleaned out of the wall of the binding cylinder. In this process, the cleaning device also acts as a crusher for the agglomeration of the mass ball, thereby increasing the heat exchange area, improving the efficiency of heat and mass transfer, and increasing the drying rate; The third is the inclined plate area, which is a low-temperature drying area. The slime has been in a state of low moisture looseness in this area. This area has no adhesion phenomenon. After heat exchange, the finished product reaches the required moisture requirement, and the movement enters. The final discharge area; Fourth, in the discharge area, dry master cylinders do not have copying plates in this zone. Slime dryer application

Partial moisture ensures that the calorific value of the slime does not change, and it is not easy to catch fire. The secondary drying zone is dried by counter-current drying at room temperature of 300 °C. It is a high-yield water removal zone and ensures coal during the rotary drying process. No coking occurs on the surface of the mud; the third drying zone is the normal drying zone, and the indoor temperature is between 120 °C and 210 °C. It is the crushing device inside the drum that repeatedly tears, impacts, spills, and dries. The four-step drying is The high-temperature hot air under negative pressure is used to remove moisture, and is a high exhaust zone with a room temperature of 60 °C -80 °C. Through the above operation, the thermal value of the slime before drying is increased compared to that before drying, and the moisture content is dried within 8%, which is a real effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
