Although the impact of changes in raw material prices on the cost has weakened, the lack of labor and the impact of rising costs have become more apparent.

The current increasing protectionism of importing countries, and the establishment of trade barriers between Europe and the United States from terminal to network manufacturing are also important factors that have adversely affected the foreign trade environment of mechanical and electrical products. Although the country has introduced a customs clearance and facilitation policy, the current level of trade facilitation is not enough. This mainly includes the declaration of special items, manual examination of documents, etc. The long time for customs declaration, the difficulty of coordination, the tax rebate is not reasonable; frequent charges detection, charging standards are not uniform, the content of fees is not standardized; local customs declaration, port inspection and release measures are not implemented; The prepaid link of the import contract is time-consuming, and the import companies have to meet the credit limit for the payment extension verification grade.

On the whole, the fundamental issue of the global financial crisis has not been resolved and it is difficult for the mechanical and electrical product import and export situation to undergo fundamental changes in the short term.
