Process description:

The beneficiation wastewater discharged from the workshop first flows into the classifier to remove most of the coarse sand. The wastewater in the intermediate tank is pumped into the LJW filter through the pipeline pump. Add water treatment agent to the auxiliary filter before the filter. The clear water of the filter can be reused for production. The bottom of the filter will discharge a small amount of mud to the thick pool at intervals, so that the residue remains in the mud. Process technology principle:

(1) In the stage of the spiral classifier, most of the sand and large particles of mud in the wastewater are removed.

(2) In the sedimentation tank stage, the suspended solids which can be naturally precipitated in the wastewater for a short time are removed.

(3) In the LJW filter stage, it is difficult to precipitate fine suspended matter in the wastewater and the excess flotation agent is removed by filtration.

(4) The residual agent in the mud discharged from the bottom of the LJW filter can be recycled after being returned to the thick pool, and the cost of the medicament will be lower and lower after a long period of circulation.
