House fire in Northbrook, 2-9-15
Early Monday morning (2/9/15), Northbrook firefighters were dispatched to a residence on 2225 Greenview Road following reports of a significant fire. Thick smoke was visibly billowing from the roof of the expansive, one-and-two-story home, which features a flat roof design. Upon arrival, the emergency response team quickly escalated the situation to a Code 4 status, indicating an active fire that required immediate attention. This prompted additional support from neighboring departments in Northfield and Glenview.
